We recycle existing petrol motorcycles and convert them into electric motorcycles. This sustainable transportation approach allows businesses and individuals to continue utilizing their current transportation assets—including their frames, front wheels, suspension, and registration—while significantly lowering their operational costs and carbon footprints. We’ve transformed motorcycles into all-electric vehicles for PRO-telligent LLC, Illovo (Africa’s largest sugar producer), and most recently for the Microloan Foundation, showcasing the impact of our electric vehicle technician program.

In partnership with Don Bosco Youth Technical Institute, SGV developed a pioneering electric vehicle technician program aimed at fostering expertise in sustainable transportation. Our customers support this initiative by funding certification scholarships through their purchases of our products. Pictured below are the new arrivals to our Next-Generation Apprenticeship Program, who have recently returned from a month-long European exchange program under SAAM, focusing on the latest advancements in electric motorcycles.

From DHL to Pyxus, we have established a broad network of partners and customers in the electric mobility sector, collectively traveling over 6,000,000 km on Malawi roads with our electric motorcycles. Additionally, we have deployed the largest customer-operated e-mobility fleet in Southern Africa with PRO-telligent, further supporting the transition to sustainable transportation. Our efforts also include initiatives like the electric vehicle technician program to train skilled professionals in this growing industry.

One of our primary core competencies is delivering fleetwide EV solutions for a variety of corporate and institutional clients. Whether a company in the security or agricultural industry, or an NGO working in health or microfinance, our proven fleet solutions—including options like electric motorcycles—have collectively saved our clients over $4 million throughout their electric fleets' operational lifespan. Additionally, we support sustainable transportation initiatives and offer an electric vehicle technician program to ensure the success of these solutions.

We have installed Malawi's first publicly accessible EV charging stations in partnership with TotalEnergies, promoting sustainable transportation in the region. Additionally, we have designed and built custom charging infrastructure for various corporate clients, including a custom station for PRO-telligent. This station can charge 12 electric motorcycles simultaneously and is supported by PRO-telligent's solar installation. It will help power their electric motorcycles and drive profitability as they expand, providing up to 72 full charges every 24 hours, with each charge delivering 120 km per motorcycle. Furthermore, our efforts align with the growing need for an electric vehicle technician program to support the evolving industry.

We have an experienced team of trained and certified technicians dedicated to producing electric motorcycles, with a production capacity exceeding 3000 units per year. Additionally, we maintain Southern Africa's first electric vehicle technician program, aimed at developing skilled professionals for sustainable transportation.

Area 29/30, Kanengo, Lilongwe, Malawi (First left turn on the M14 Salima Road, before the Steinwig Bridge). This location is also significant for those interested in sustainable transportation, as it is part of the growing electric motorcycles market. Additionally, it’s a great spot for participants in the electric vehicle technician program.
